Susanne Donohue is a Co-Founder and Managing HR Partner of 19:21 Consultants, an HR outsourcing firm based in San Antonio, Texas established to provide small to mid-sized businesses with expert HR advice, planning and programs to help them remain compliant, operate efficiently and productively and create richer cultures to attract and retain their workforce. 19:21 HR professionals understand that there is no “one size fits all” solutions to human capital needs and works collaboratively with clients to design strategies that fit within their unique cultures, organization and industry.
As a certified Senior HR Professional (SPHR) and MBA, Susanne brings over 16+ years of executive-level experience managing a full spectrum of HR services. Throughout her career, she has emphasized the importance of planning and preparation rather than reaction in the face of a crisis. Since the 2006 H1N1 crisis, she has worked with organizations to consider the different scenarios that may cause business disruption including the development of communications plans, identification of key personnel, continuity of pay or insurance and training drills such as active shooter scenarios.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Susanne worked with her company on the management and delivery of an effective COVID response that dealt with the rapidly changing health and regulatory requirements.
