Isabella Humphries (or Bella for short) comes from a strong advertising and marketing background. You might say she’s a modern renaissance woman. Bella believes in the continual edification of the mind and is always trying to pick up a new and exciting skill to challenge herself with, this year she has her sights set on learning 3D animation.

Bella has poured her motivated & tenacious attitude into our marketing.

“Somewhere between drawing classmates’ portraits on request during third period French and creating brand identities for different companies, I became much more than just an artist.
I’m here to create and to be creative in everything I do. I’m passionate about adding value to the lives of people who live in my community through my professional efforts.” – Bella

The last time I saw you was at the Spurs Game. If you could be any basketball player in the world, who would it be?

Kawhi. Obviously.

Have you always known you wanted to work in the advertising and marketing field?

Nothing is for certain but as a little girl, I knew this beyond doubt: I create beautifully.

And now, as a woman, I know something more: I desire to live a life of service.

I never dreamed of working in the advertising and marketing industry but as it would seem, I have landed in the perfect role, entirely by accident.

You’re always learning new skills, do you ever give up if it’s too hard?

Never. I make mistakes and I make more mistakes. That’s how you learn, mistakes are valuable and help you discover your strengths. Learning to forgive yourself for mistakes and moving on, helps you relinquish fear.

What are 3 important things to remember about marketing your business?

You have to have empathy, you need to know your customer (and the role your product plays in their life) and you must be consistent.

What are your favorite shows to binge on?

The Office, Bob’s Burgers, Rick and Morty, Bob Ross, Game of Thrones, That 70’s Show and Friends

What is your best general advice?

Don’t give advice. Seek to understand, then to be understood.

What is your motto?
